VORTEX ESCAPE MONO POD

When it comes to well built solid monopods, the Vortex Escape Monopod is top of the list. Starting out at a compact 24 inches and expanding to just over six feet, this anodized aluminum monopod is rich with features. The very smooth and easy adjusting ball head on a panning axis will make spotting scope work a breeze yet will be just as effective for video and photography as you pan with the movement of an animal. Throw on the included "V" yoke when it's time to make the shot and you can comfortably pan until you get the right shot. The open channel quick release mountain plate is unique but what it does is make it possible to adjust the fore/aft position of your optics so that the weight is perfectly positioned over the monopod. 5 sections move by their "flip" up releases and a rubber tip on the bottom make for solid footing no matter where you take the Escape.
