How many grams thinsulate are the Rocky waterfowl waders?
How many grams thinsulate are the boots on the Rocky waterfowl waders?
Any review on the dead deer clothing or what the brand is comparable too?
Ryan,
The Dead Deer stuff is really nice quality. It is somewhat comparable to the Core4Element gear but in a different pattern and a few different pieces. They are a new company I think but so far they have been putting out some really nice camo.
Do you have any of the core4element elevation jackets left in mm size m? Also does anyone know how it compares to the summit jacket?
Kasey,
Yes we have the Elevation left in a M in the MM. The Elevation is Down-Tek so it is waterproof goose feathers and the Summit is primaloft (non waterproof) and the Elevation looks puffier as well.
The waders are rated as single number sizes and I see on the size chart that this refers to chest size, inseam, etc. What about shoe size? Would a size 9 be a size 9 shoe size?
Ryan,
Yes a size 9 would be a shoe size 9, sorry it took us the weekend to get back to you! If you still want a pair we can check and see if we have some back in the warehouse. Thanks!
And, like nick asked, How many grams thinsulate are the Rocky waterfowl waders?
Also Ryan it looks like the waders are not thinsulate insulated, they are lightweight and the uppers are lightweight breathable nylon so you don’t get sweaty on your hunt. Hope that helps!
