The R3 5900 gives operators a highly versatile, lightweight pack that can execute light-and-fast, one-day missions in Bivy Mode or instantly extend into a multi-day pack capable of five+ days by deploying the expandable 2,500 cubic inch load shelf. Integrating the R3 Side Bags further extends the 5900s capabilities for extended missions that require more equipment or bulkier cold-weather gear.
