The Russell APXg2 Alpine L1 Base Layer Bottoms are ideal for wearing in cold and warm weather. With a combination of Scent-Stop™ antimicrobial odor control and Dri-Power® moisture-wicking technologies, these lightweight base layer pants will keep you dry as you hike and perspire but also odor-free all day long. The silky feel of the multi-directional stretch fabric provides maximum flexibility and freedom of movement. Flat seam construction is used to eliminate any seams digging in. It is meant to fit snugly, not compression-like and is sized true although for a more snug fit you may down size. The fly opening and comfortable elastic waist will keep your core warm as you use this in the winter for a base layer but also in the spring or fall when the early morning chill will bite.
