Custom knifemaker Ron Lake pulled out all the stops on the Lake Sentinel with features like the LAWKS safety that virtually converts this to a fixed blade, the InterFrame build with dual stainless steel liners, the custom inlays and the high-chromium stainless blade. This blade specs out a bit better than the CRKT favorite AUS 8 premium blade steel. It's easy one hand opening Lake-designed thumb disk is a dream. On the top of the thumb disk are grooves that provide a great placement when you choke up on the blade for specialzed use like deboning or carving.
