This jacket is 100% waterproof and is made of breathable fabrics that allow your body temperature to stay regulated. One of my favorite features in this jacket is the insulation, it has more insulation in the core of the jacket such as the body and less insulation around the sleeves. That way you don't overheat but at the same time you are still being able to freely move your arms and your movements haven't been restricted. It's always the calmest after the storm and you know that's when the big boys come out to play!
