i have the vortex skyline and i like it. It is big so packing it hunting i wouldn’t but scouting or other stuff its great but i have other optics i pack hunting. I have not checked out the skyline ed because of the price, i paid full retail of $430 for mine just this november so i wish i waited but thanks camofire. I was checking out about a 150 whitetail in my neighbor’s field at 300 yards and it was cool. I would definitely recommend this spotting scope. Hope this helps
