These “fishing” pants are awesome for summer hiking and scouting. I save the Sitka gear for hunting, and weare these “fishing” pants for backpack trips. When it is hot, I can make them into a pair of shorts. The material on them dries extremely fast.
On a recent backpacking trip, overnight rains or heavy dew caused the tall grass to be wet in the mornings. I just wore these pants as usual as actual rain gear seemed like overkill. These pants would get wet, but it was not the heavy, soppy wet like cotton and they would dry out in minutes when not in the wet stuff. These were comfortable the whole time hiking. During the cooler evenings I would put on a light base layer beneath these and was comfortable.
Thanks for offering them up in a couple more colors. I just grabbed a couple more pair.

Need to see some x’s in the sizes of the fishing pants. I’d take one of each color or whatever I could get. Look like a great Eastern Oregon fall pant. Cold in the morning, hot all afternoon when the sun pops over the hills.

Kendall, what are the lengths on these belts? The one I have makes me feel like a fatty as I can barely get it latched and I have a 37″ waist. Wondering if I got the smaller one with my XL pants.
Thanks.

Kendall hey buddy I got another odd request for you. Have you ever thought about getting some insoles? I like Supperfeet I bought some today and about chocked when they were $40 bucks, but they are awesome foot support.
