And for the record instead of talking crap first maybe ask questions on how something works..In my job the consumer is never right.. so i can say this stuff to you… i have no affiliation with camofire for the record… I am just a happy camofire customer who has had nothing but good experiences from start to finish!
for the record i just checked to make sure the website worked from my phone also… and its not even an iphone and it worked

Hawk, I think you read more into Thiomas and I’s comments than was there. I for one have had nothing but good experiences with camofire and have historically been able to place orders via my iPhone. For whatever reason (maybe a change to the website since my last order in Octoberish) neither the big orange “PULL THE TRIGGER” button or the product selection controls are visible when viewed from my iPhone. The big orange “PULL THE TRIGGER” button is visible in the Daily Shooter e-mail, just not on the camofire.com site. It’s in both camfire’s and my interest that they know about the problem so they can fix it.
BTW, I’m glad you are not associated with camofire. I would not do business with a company that gave such a crass response to well meaning feedback. There’s no way you can tell me I am wrong when you’re not viewing the website with the same application or OS.

I just pulled the site up on my iphone and it is working for me. If you touch the “PULL THE TRIGGER” bar you get pop ups for quantity and size.

Hawk, you’re always on here acting the fool. This platform works because of open, honest and informed comments/reviews/questions/etc…But, every time someone says anything that could be interpreted as negative you insult, attack and/or do your best to contradict that person. I know you’ve drank gallons of the kool-aid, but back off the rest of us who haven’t. I also think Camo Fire is fantastic, and one of the best e-commerce ideas I have seen in years. But, remember, that’s because it is imperfect open to suggestion and always evolving.

I use an iPhone for 80% of my Camofire buys (…a lot) and have noticed the new website takes a while to load and get all buttons and functions displayed. I’m running about 30 seconds to load the page and be able to select size, #, etc and make a buy. If I click links before they load, the order crashes or freezes. Give it time to load, hope this helps.

Thomas and Jaimie – If you’re here on this page trying to buy, then you’re on the forum and not the main product page. Click the button on the top right that says “Current Camofire Deal” and you’ll end up at the home page where the action happens. Worked good on my iPhone and now on my Droid too. (I miss my iPhone…)
Thanks for those that chimed in to help. Not sure how we can make the forum more straight forward that this is the forum, not a shopping location. We get a comment or so per week asking how people can buy stuff….which I suppose isn’t that odd if I happened to land here in the forum as my first experience. Since I kinda know my way around this site it seems uber clear to me.
Any suggestions? I think I’ve got one change that we’re going to make this week which may help. Watch and see….

Grumble grumble… J/k hey I also do about 90% of my orders from my IPhone and I can’t say that I’ve ever not seen the “size/style, quantity, pull the trigger buttons” ever not show up but Greg is right that if it fails to load all the way the buttons don’t come up. I have since found out that safari (iPhones web browser) fails to load the entire page sometimes. I found out cause I was ordering fletchings from another site and the same thing happened! This is generally fixes if you reload the page. Although it has taken me 2-3 page refreshes to get all buttons up sometimes. I called AT&T about it and they blame safari but talked to apple and the say it’s AT&Ts system. Hope this helps and – can’t we all just get along and love one another? ( except all you alps haters out there nobody likes you guys). hahahahahaha

Kendall, I don’t know if this is feasible but i will throw it out there anyways. Is it possible to have the forum set up directly below each item for sale on the main page so that users can post info and questions and get immediate reply’s from other users for the existing item that is for sale. Then once an item is sold out , that items forum gets moved to this page with all the other old forums? or at least day by day, so that one forum would cover today on the main page for the whole day then move to his area when the new item gets posted at night?
Again, just a thought. Also I guess this would be copying Woot but i love their demographics page on their forum where it shows who the 1st “sucker” was to buy that day and who is buying from what state and how many purchases per hour………etc, always fun stuff!

Ha sorry for “acting the fool”….but when the website is fairly easy to use and pretty straight forward and you see some pretty crappy responses from people that make statements instead of ask questions it drives me crazy! So I apologize if I was too crass…but letting them know something is not working so they can fix it is a very helpful thing….the little un needed comments are probably not the best and I see them week after week…

I have issues loading the website from my old ass iPhone 3 and my 1st gen iPad. But, it runs great on the laptop and work computer. I attribute my issues to the wifi link I have, not the website. The laptop works fine with the wifi, the work computer is hardwired- never had an issue with either device looking at this site. If I were to buy the iPhone 4- or 5 for that matter, it would decimate my Camofire slush fund. I’ll probably wait until I miss the sweet deal of a lifetime and throw my phone against a wall before I upgrade- unless Camofire gets their hands on some iPhones at 57% off? Hello, is this thing on?
