I used these pants on a late season elk hunt last week and was super impressed with how comfortable and quiet these pants are. It was fairly good weather with only a little light rain but you really cant get any better than softshell goretex for cold weather protection. Smoking good price for these!

John – Yes these are lightly insulated with a fleece liner layer but it’s not bulky or thick. If you’re looking for a very well insulated bib, hold out for the Late Season Bibs we’ve got coming up either Friday or on the 27th. These pants are very similar to the Sitka 90% pant in insulation but this pant has Goretex Soft Shell and a removable bib top.

Jack – If you’re open to the Realtree Max 1 pattern, I honestly think the Rubline pant is as good if not better than the Sitka rain gear. Made with Paclite Goretex and about 1/2 the price. Just sayin.
