The two-cell LEDs in the picture were on early today, the three cell is up now and a bomber setup. The holster is worth the price alone.

Shipping question: I will be traveling in the next few days so I was considering shipping a surefire flashlight to an alternate address. I saw that the USPS priority shipping would fluctuate between $10 and $12 depending on zip codes. Why is priority mail fluctuating when it is a flat rate shipping method?
