Description:
When the clouds start darkening and rain is a concern, pull on the Sitka Stormfront Lite pant and say bring it on. It is constructed of waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX PacLite material that is sure to keep a hunter dry during a torrential downpour. The seams are microtaped and the zippers are watertight to make certain no water seeps through. The outside shell is finished with a durable water-repellent for added protection. They are extremely lightweight and packable; they stuff into a built-in zippered front pocket for easy packing. With a gusseted crotch and articulated knees there is no lack in range of motion or comfort. There is also inner thigh vents so you can regulate ventilation and warmth. Reinforced instep patches create a tougher more durable instep. Thigh high zippers make getting in and out of these pants a dream.

Jon – The Stormfront (or the Lite) didn’t come in tall sizes. I’m a 34″ inseam and the XL fit me pretty good in length, which is odd because the regular sized Mountain Pant and Timberline pant were short and I had to get the Tall.

CJ, about the size of a softball or large grapefruit if you fold it into a pocket, I usually fold it flat in the top of the pack, doesn’t take much room. 2 cents…

chris mt – the mag fanny pack has a single shoulder strap that you wear much like the Mountain Smith fanny pack that you may have seen people using over the past few years. It’s simply to relieve the pressure on the hips if you over load it. But the mag fanny isn’t so huge that you’ll have a big load.

I have been looking forthe stormfront light small or med to come on sale. I am not sure what I would wear. I have a 30″-31″ waste. I would use these to pack on bivi hunts, and would pull them over my hunting pants. Any ideas or insights? Will you have these on sale any time soon. Patch
