So yes, say hello to SITKA SATURDAY and SITKA SUNDAY. What is is? It’s basically where we roll off as many Sitka items in a 48 hour period that we can.
Here’s how it works for those of you that are new to Camofire.com.
- The first item goes up at 11pm
- Once it sells out, the next item will come up again OR it will change items when the timer reaches zero
- IF, IF an item goes too long without selling out we’ll pull it and put the next item up
- We reserve the right to determine how long is too long but if you comment on the forum that it’s been “too long” we may listen.
- The fun ends at 11pm MST Saturday SUNDAY night.

We’ve grown accustomed to this question and it’s getting harder and harder for us to work this out. We had hoped for a solution to be ready for this weekend but alas we didn’t get it completed. So, will we combine shipping from the weekend? We will do our best to combine your orders but if we miss one or two please understand that our system is built on wicked fast system and the adjustment for combining orders is very time consuming and is something we will be transitioning to by the month’s end. You will still pay the shipping on each order but if we are able to combine the orders then we’ll refund the difference from what you originally paid.

Hope the hunt is going well. For the military deployed crowd, do you ship to an APO? I’m in Afghanistan, and sending the Sitka gear to my home stateside, but just got a note from a hunting buddy who moved to Japan this year and will getting his maikl through an APO. His housegoods shipment was “pilfered” enroute there and he lost a bunch, read most, of his hunting gear. He showed me your website last year and we have been addicted ever since. He’ll be looking to replace what he lost, but we are unclear on the shipping limitations for you. Thoughts? Thanks for a great gear weekend!!!

Thanks for a great weekend Kendall. I bought an XL 90% jacket, but what I really wanted was a Celsius jacket in XL. If you have any left I’d LOVE to make the switch. I’m sure that is an absolute longshot…so if anyone else who go an XL Celsius would prefer the 90% – email me at eric@lvimedia.com and I’ll make the trade with you and obviously I’ll pick up the difference on price.

Thanks all for the great comments. We do our best to please. APO addresses – it’s a bugger to get that set up and we’re still working on it. It’s on “the list” but we’ve got a few things lined up in front of that project.
Dean and all – we are going to be SLAMMED with shipping but we should have everything out by Tuesday and to BC it’s 10 days most.

Hi guys; I see a previous post stating all celsius XL size sold out completely. Is that all Celsius “jackets” in XL totally gone? I feel asleep last night and when the text alert woke me up at 12:30 eastern the XL was gone. Will there be another chance? Being in the eastern time zone that is the same problem with Monday night football, there is no way to be awake for the 4th quarter. I did enjoy the other 95% of the game (Sitka weekend) tremendously before falling asleep with the lights on!

Justin – if you bought 10 things I’m sure it’ll be combined. We said we’d do our best to get them combined, not that it was a guarantee. It’s such a slow and tedious process to combine and that slows down getting all the orders out as fast as we want to and as fast as people have become accustomed to. I hope you can understand.
