Depending on external conditions, the TUNDRA L2 can be worn as a second layer or the only base layer. As the wind kicks up, there are key areas that have double layers for enhanced wind resistance. Anti-microbial Scent-Stop, and moisture management technology provides odor control. kase – I’m not exactly sure how the euro sizes come into play with the Rocky boots. They don’t list a sizing chart on their website that has the euro equivalents. I’m going to ask the Rocky rep to chime in if he’s got some insight.

On Rocky size conversion, 41 falls between 8 and 8.5. For me I found that I wear size 12 in Rocky were I’ll wear 11.5 in other brands. my suggestion would be to go with 8.5.
