This is an excellent knife! My kids got me one for Christmas. I field dressed several deer in one season, two turkeys this spring and it is still sharp! Good buy here.

Josh – thanks for the feedback. I’ve got one in my pack ready for when I put an elk on the ground. I would like to see a more rubberized handle like the Field Pup but the Hunter Revolver is a sweet knife for sure. We just ordered more as these sold out so anyone that missed it we’ll be running a Knife day on the 7th and will have more of these up.

I have 2 pairs of these pants that i bought from camofire and wouldn’t think of wearing anything else. Just to let you know i tore a pair of these on some barb wire and contacted sitka about the warranty. All they had me do is send them into rainy pass repair and they fixed the hole to good as new. I did have to pay for shipping and the repair, but it was still cheaper than buying them at original cost.

Kendall Ive been waint on those ascent pants in a Med-tall forever and I missed out. If you happen to come across some Med-tall in ascent or even 90% for that matter I’d love to get my hands on a pair. Thanks !

While I was reading your bio on these pants, I saw the abrasion resistance. I bought a pair of 90% pants last year and they are very durable pants, however I used them for some deer hunting in CRP ground with sunflowers and thick cover and these pants almost disintigrated from walking in it. Very water repelent but when it comes to thick “grabby” brush, be careful.

I’ve actually worn holes in the butt just from riding my 4 wheeler. Definately not “high contact” gear but if you’re just covering ground, these are what you need.

Dave – they do run a bit roomy on sizes compared to the 90% pants so it’ll be close. If they don’t work, let us know and we’ll work out a solution.
