Sizing runs quite true on the jacket. I’m XL in Sitka and the Element Jacket I’m XL. I downsize on the vest to a Large simply so it’s more trim fitting.

How insulated are the element jacket & pants? Wondering if this clothing is reccomended for 30* or lower stand hunts,

Travis – they aren’t insulated and if you’re treestand hunting in 30 degrees you will get cold. I hunted in this set up one day last year in Canada simply to test it (layered up under) and after about 3 hours on a cold and windy evening (upper 20′s) I was glad when my buddy called and said he had a buck down. That said, I’ve hunted elk in this set up in 10″ of snow but been on the move, hiking, sitting to call, etc and been comfortable. But it’s a part of a layer system, not really a insulated jacket that you wear alone. Hope that info helps.

Kendall, any Sitka vests coming up again, last night I had one in the cart and by the time I pushed send, camofire kept on giving me an error response and I had everything entered. Low an behold I opened camofire in another browser and it said they were sold out…… Not sure why it said it was in my cart and the order would not go through, have you had that happen before?
