The 3.2 mm thick polyurethane-coated premium full-grain leather upper is made with a one piece vamp with no seams down the tongue for better abrasion resistance and waterproofing. The 7mm nylon midsoles with steel shanks offer extra support while walking on rugged terrain.
Everyone hates when the toe of their boot wears thin so the Mountain Guides have a rubber toe guard to aid in keeping the toe like new. 400 grams of Thinsulate insulation and a Wind-tex waterproof breathable flexible membrane keep your feet warm and dry even while hunting in the harshest conditions. The Mountain Guide boots are grounded with a Vibram Vertige rubber outsole which are extremely durable and crampon compatible.
Kenetrek builds boots for the trail less traveled and the Mountain Guide boots are at the top of the trail.
