Description:
The Core 4 Element Merino Wool Blend Boxer takes hunting and performance boxers to the next level. By using a 50-50 blend of 100% New Zealand merino wool and lightweight durable polyester, you’re sure to stay comfortable and odor free all day. In fact, these are so comfy you may want to keep them hidden from your spouse! Flat seam construction ensures you won’t have hot spots where you never want or need them.
Core4 took went with what they call a “Mountain Merino” that is blended between merino and synthetic at the thread level. The advantages are increased durability, cooler when it’s hot outside, maintains shape better and dries faster when wet. Thanks to the quality New Zealand merino, the comfort and warmth is exceptional as the weather turns cold. Built in conjunction with and tested by the Camofire.com crew, this 50-50 blend boxer has been through the wringer from spot and stalk hunts, cold spring trail runs, mountain climbing, summer scouting trips and winter tree stand hunts. Inside and out it stands up and performs.

Roy,
If you go back to camofire home page and get their number for customer service and give them a call, they will be more than helpful to you. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. Hope this helps you.

Roy – sorry mate. We’re not set up for Australian orders though the site. Your situation of buying from AU but shipping to a US address is quite unique. GIve us a call and we’ll work it out for you. If Greg or Jeni don’t know how to dance around the AU situation for the order, I can.

Last year around this time (maybe it was closer to Christmas), you guys had a few days of selling some non-camo gear, such as sitka and first lite jackets. I think you also had a youth and ladies day. It was great for Christmas shopping. Any plans for something like that this year? Any hints as to who you are bringing to the party? Thanks again for the site and service you guys offer. Camofire continues to be one of my faves!

I agree with Jeff. Quality women’s gear is hard to come by. I’d love to find some for Christmas gifts.
You guys ever come across the Badlands Kali pack?
Keep up the good work!

Kendall,
Most Boone hats are “one size fits all”, but do you know if the Natural Gear hat will fit big heads? 7-1/2ish

Kendall, what is the difference between the assault shirt and the pivot shirt from C4E? and which is thicker?

Ben – Pivot is a lightweight fabric that has very tiny holes for increased breathability. I used it this afternoon for a quick hunt/hike and it was 60 degrees out. (also wore the mid mountain vest) It’s ideal for warmer weather. The Assault is lightly backed and is a midweight fabric with a deeper chest zip for increased venting if you do use it on warmer days. However, it’ll be warmer than the Pivot. I honestly use the Pivot more than the Assault, because I can more easily layer under the pivot with a merino base layer and that way 1 shirt can pretty much stretch from August to early Oct. After that you usually put a jacket on. Hope that helps.
