Description:
Whether you’re hunting high desert peaks or lush forests of the northwest, the extremely durable, breathable, and comfortable Element Jacket’s 2-way-stretch polyester double weave allows for an excellent fit (being slightly roomier in the shoulders for drawing back as well as the bottom for layering ease) while resisting wind, water and snow. Designed for the active hunter, the low profile fit offers full range of motion while 10.5 inch core vent zippers deliver amazing climate control.
A microfleece lining on the collar and chin guard complement the soft, brushed interior for next-to-skin comfort. A full-length reversed zipper, four external pockets, one internal pocket, drawcord hem, tapered sleeves, and adjustable Velcro cuffs round out the details for the Element Jacket.

Wow Kendall talk about blowing up a forum I have never seen you go to 2 pages in one day. Having been in your shop and tried on the jacket and the pants I have to say this is going to be an awesome company to support. I also like that I am supporting a local Utah company trying to compete with the big guys. One of the best parts of the pants is going to be no more wet knees while out in the woods with those knee pads that you can insert. What an great idea. This product line was made for the hunting in mind and I am going to be proud to be wearing this bad ass product on the mountain this Fall and Winter. Thanks Kendall you ROCK!! Thanks for bringing all these killer deals… One question though any idea when the zip off fishing pants will be back?

Brad – now that’s what I’m talking about!!! Unless you fit in a Small or Large then the Realtree fishing pants have left the harbor my friend.

Kendall,
I hunt archery only in Wyoming. Sept 1-30, would you recommend the elment pant or switchback that’s coming in August?

Hunter – sounds good. Let us know if you need to exchange later.
Tim – no worries. It’s hard buying clothing on the web, especially from a company that is new and you don’t trust/know if the sizing chart is really what it says. That said, with the words “built like a keg” that XL may be the safer way to play it

Levi – Very tough question. If it were Aug20-Sept20 I’d say Switchback. The last bit of Sept can be especially nasty and cold in the mornings/eves. The Element has DWR treatment so it’ll also repel water better. If you plan to do most your hunting in late Aug and Sept and won’t be dipping into Oct much at all, a base layer under the Switchback could see you through most anything (especially if you have a rain pant in your pack).

I’m just curious what kind of quantities were available because it seems like there were quite a few folks pulling the trigger today and the bars showing what was left were barely moving!
Reading up on the switchback pant I may be trying those out too. They need to have some outer layer tops in mountain mimicry to go with them.

npaden – wouldn’t you love to know
I’ve been telling them a companion lightweight jacket to the Switchback is needed so I hear you loud and clear. I’ll likely hunt in the Switchback pant with an Assault or PIvot shirt and the Element jacket in my pack or the Sitka Timberline vest. So much gear, so little time to finalize for the season.

I’m from NE SD, and am wondering the temperature range for this outfit (jacket and pants). I usually wear some underarmour under but not much more then that. Also, how much are the pants? I’m new here and trying to figure stuff out…thanks

HELP?,
I’ve never experienced the extra item scenario and am curious to know how it works…
If I purchase the jacket for the $125, will I be directed to an extra item link for the option of buying the pants? If so, How much are the pants?

thanks dudes for helping out Wyatt. I love helpful people.
Jason – the jacket/pants are likely best at home in the 40-70 temp range. Layer up under them and enjoy it down to 30′s, perhaps more as you’re active. As temps get hotter, the core vents in the jacket and thigh vents in the pants will help but also the fabric will breath quite well. Hope that helps you.

Kendall,
Have you considered a split screen sale where you could leave on the items that you have a lot of , like the jacket & pants for a longer time frame and still post items in short supply that would move quickly that we could ‘pull the trigger’ on and then move on to the next item in the que?
Just a thought! And I love Camofire!!!

I ordered the Element jacket and never did see the beanie on my order. Will it just be shipped with the jacket?

The beanie should have been shipping with the jacket. Double check the package and if it’s missing drop us an email to the contact us page.

The beanie is free with the jacket purchase but as you mentioned does not show up on the final order.

Just got my order today, wicked fast shipping from Utah to Cali…only two days!
Pants are way to snug in the waist. I wear a 34 all day and these I could barely get buttoned. Darnit!
I have to send them back for the XL’s I guess.
This is the only thing that sucks about ordering clothes on line, none of the sizes seem to be accurate.
