I have dealt with other internet services but have never been treated the same, I mean when I get called via cell phone, after hours to follow up or the manager is managing the phones or e-mail on a weekend. I'm with David, sent me one of everything to test the shipping. Sitka stuf arrived...I was like a kid on Christmas morning. The UPS man was a little weirded out by the hug though.
